Franchesca WONG

Franchesca graduated from the University of Calgary, Canada – Haskayne School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2012

She is currently a third year drama student at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts majoring in Acting. She has received multiple scholarships including the Hong Kong HSBC Scholarship (2016/17 & 2017/18) and Jaeger-LeCoultre Performing Arts Scholarships (2016/17). She has performed in multiple school productions including “Who’s Afraid of Lord of the Flies“, “I, Don Quixote” co-presented by Chung Ying Theatre, “Lysistrata”, musical “Murder Code D” by iStage Theatre; an in-school physical theatre performance “Out of Place” by Frantic Assembly. She has also taken parts in movie “Mad World” as well as in-school mini-film productions, and voice recording for different companies. Franchesca is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and emceed at multiple academy events. Apart from being a performer, she has great passion in drama teaching and has experience in teaching children English drama.
