EXCEL is a non-profit making subsidiary of HKAPA.

1) PROGRAMME MANAGER

Report to the General Manager, Programme Manager will supervise and work with Programme team members to ensure effective planning, budgeting, marketing, and delivery of EXCEL’s programmes.  Programme Manager will also manage and oversee the accredited programmes, adhere to standard operation procedures, operation rules and regulations, and maintain good corporate governance. Programme Manager will initiate new programme development with market analysis and research, budget planning and proposal drafting. The appointee should be a team leader with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, able to maintain and foster strategic partnerships with external institutions, government departments, all stakeholders including but not limited to the tutors and students.

REQUIREMENTS

1. University graduate from business, arts management, or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 3 years programme management experience.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different parties.
3. Strong in time management and multi-tasking in meeting deadlines.
4. A good command of using project management tools and database management skills.
5. Performing arts knowledge, performance production experience is an advantage.
6. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua.

Terms of Appointment

Appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract. Contract may be extended at the end of two years with satisfactory performance. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:

2) PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

The Programme Coordinator will assist the Programme Team to assure the smooth execution and operation of EXCEL programmes. The Programme Coordinator will assist in developing on-site and online education programmes. He/She will liaise with internal and external parties for matters related to programme delivery and promotion including scheduling for programmes and courses, managing participant issues such as attendance records, publicity, issuing notices etc.  He/She will also need to plan and supervise part-time helper recruitments and scheduling. The appointee should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and able to maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, including but not limited to tutors and students.

Requirements

1. University graduate from business, arts management, or relevant disciplines.
2. Preferably with two-year work experience in arts, non-profit, or education organisation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
6. Proficiency in computer software, included Zoom, Teams, MS Office, knowledge in image or video editing is a plus.
7. A good team player who can multi-task and able to work flexible hours according to the needs of programme arrangement.

Appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract. Contract may be extended at the end of two years with satisfactory performance. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants with less work experience may be considered as Programme Assistant. Fringe benefits include:

3) ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

The Administrative Executive will be a self-starter with strong administration skills who is able to work independently. The appointee will be responsible for a wide spectrum of administrative duties and organisational operation matters. He/She will oversee human resources administrative functions including managing staff recruitment, maintaining personnel files for both full-time and part-time staff, as well as assisting with payroll, roster planning, and procurement processes, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A degree in business administration, marketing or a related discipline;
2. At least three years relevant office administration and human resources work experience; experience in non-profit sector is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, organisational skills and attentive to detail.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
6. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing.
7. Immediate available is preferred.

Appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:

4) ACCOUNTING & HR ASSISTANT

The Accounting & HR Assistant will support the Accounting & HR Manager in all accounting and HR processes, and other duties as required. He/she will assist the Manager for day-to-day accounting operations including preparing vouchers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, issuing invoices, cheque, bank-in, data entry and filing, and other duties such as procurement processes and handling payroll matters etc. He/she will also assist in preparation of monthly management reports and audit.

REQUIREMENTS

1. LCCI Certificate holder or Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
2. At least two years’ relevant accounting and human resources experience.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to multi-task.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
7. Immediately available is an advantage.

5) PROGRAMME ASSISTANT

The Programme Assistant will assist the Programme Team to assure the smooth execution and operation of EXCEL programmes. The Programme Assistant needs to perform general course administration and office duties, including but not limited to admission and enrollment services, venue scheduling, course promotion, arrangement of course materials and equipment, maintenance of student and tutor records, database management, handling enquiries, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A Higher Diploma or Associate Degree.
2. Preferably with one year work experience, but fresh graduates will also be considered.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua could be an asset.
6. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing; and
7. Available to work shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
