This is not your usual online stretching programme.
Healthy Stretching Regime is designed for people who want to improve their flexibility, posture and blood flow with stretches and some mild exercises that can be done wherever and whenever you want, or even at home! It is convenient and body-contact free!
This course offers more than some exercises and workout tips. In the course our tutor will go over the science behind stretching and flexibility, the Chinese medicine theory and stretching practices to achieve therapeutic results. Ultimately you feel energised, relaxed and refreshed. This healthy regime will benefit you most if you either sit too much, stand too long, move too little, or work too hard.
Our tutor will conduct the course online in real time via Zoom. He will be able to check on our student’s posture and reaction and give prompt feedback. You will have the same engaging, interactive and fun experience as you are stretching at a physical studio. You don’t need someone next to you. You just need a person that can look after you.
