Jenny YIP Ching-lee

Jenny graduated with a first class honour degree from Department of Music of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Yip studied piano performance under the tutelage of Dr. Mary Wu. With outstanding academic works and performance in extra-curricular activities, she received numerous scholarships which included the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship and the Swire Scholarship. She also received sponsorship for an exchange study in University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in conducting and jazz music. She further read a master degree focusing on music theory. Upon graduation, Jenny was appointed as a lecturer at CUHK. Yip now teaches at HKAPA EXCEL and is also a guest lecturer in Hong Kong International Institute of Music (HKIIM). She is also an interpreter for the graded and diploma exams for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and has also interpreted for many seminars and Certificate of Teaching course (CT ABRSM).
